通常由上料小车、开卷机、引头装置、校平主机、活动过桥、导向纠偏装置、定尺机构、覆膜装置、飞剪 主机、输送工作台、气动排料架、液压升降垛料台、运料滚道台及液压、气动及电气控制系统等组成。
主要液压、气动、电控元件、定尺飞剪控制系统均选用国际一线品牌，操作界面友好，可靠性高。 
Features:
This line is professional equipment for leveling and cutting plate to pieces for thin metal plate, suitable for mass producing of short width coils.
It usually consists of feeding car, uncoiler, pressing & traction device, level machine, movable bridge, guide correction device, cut-to-length mechanism, film coating device, shearing machine, transition table, pneumatic discharging frame, hydraulic lifting stack table, transport roll table, and hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical、control system etc. Control with PLC. Main hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic elements, cut-to-length control system all use international famous brand.
This equipment is mainly for processing cold carbon coil, stainless steel coil, and color metal coil, can complete with 6-high level machine to meet the precision leveling.
