该生产线为中厚板开卷校平生产线的升级机型。为了适应钢厂不断推出的厚度更大、板幅更宽的钢卷开平需要， 本公司特别设计、制造出该系列产品。由上料小车、开卷机、引头装置、夹送及粗校、过渡台、对中装置、主校 平机、测长装置、尾料夹送、剪板机、输送出料、落料整料装置、电控系统与液压气动系统等组成。
Features:
This line is a upgrade type machine of cut-to-length line for middle/thick plate. In order to suitable for uncoiling of more thick and width of coils, we design and manufacture this series production. It consists of feeding car，uncoiler，traction device, pinch and rough-level, transition table, centering device, machine level machine, length device, endplate feeding,shearing machine, transport unloading, discharge device, electrical control system and hydraulic pneumatic system etc.
